Jessica has been licensed since 2015 here in the US and 2014 in The country of Panama. She has had the opportunity to learn from developers by working with many reputable builders of new construction projects. Her main focus is helping her clients find the ideal home by providing a personalized experience. With her education of the South-and northern Florida markets through various courses, leveraging her relationships by serving in her community and keeping up with market conditions so she can better serve her clients. GHO and holiday Builders are just a couple of the builders Jessica has had the pleasure of working with. In Panama, she worked as The Commercial Director of Sales for Grupo Durex, a high-end builder with projects such as Yoo by Philipe Stark and Casa Fendi.
